Към бразилеца има обвинение за нападение на 3 жени, които са подали сигнал към полицията в Манчестър. Разбира се футболистът категорично отрече обвиненията дошли от бившата му приятелка Габриела Кавалин, Райса де Фрейтас и Ингрид Лана, наричайки ги лъжа в официално обръщение, разпространено в социалните мрежи. По късно бразилецът даде и интервю за SBT, където пояснява, че въпреки „турболентната“ си връзка с Кавалин, той никога не я е докосвал.

Антони е интересна фигура, за която Юнайтед плати цели 100 милиона евро и за това в тази статия ще се опитаме да погледнем към пътя му от Сао Пауло до един от най-елитните футболни клубове в света.
Антони израства в Осаско, една от общините, погълнати от разрастващия се град Сао Пауло през годините. Кварталът на Антони е бил известен с името “Inferninho” – Малкият ад, главно заради огромната престъпност по улиците.В интервю пред The Players’ Tribune, крилото споделя, че веднъж дори се натъкнал на мъртво тяло на път за училище. „Нямаше друг начин да отида (…). Разбира се, той има и своите критици. За него Марко Бан Бастен заявява, че го намира за незрял играч, който има своите умения, но действията му на терена са объркващи и непоследователни.
Не така мисли Ерик Тен Хаг, който след като пое Манчестър Юнайтед през лятото на 2022, направи всичко възможно, за да доведе бразилската перла на “Олд Трафорд“. Шефовете на Юнайтед удовлетвориха желанието на специалиста, плащайки колосалната сума от 100 милиона евро, с което Антони се превръща в един от 20-те най скъпи футболисти на всички времена.
В Юнайтед, бразилецът започва силно. Той бележи във всеки от първите си три мача във Висшата лига, ставайки първият играч на Манчестър Юнайтед, направил това.
